The Work
- Manage a varied caseload across professional surveying and project delivery, including:
- Building surveys, technical due diligence, and acquisition reports
- Dilapidations advice and negotiations for both landlords and tenants
- Planned maintenance and asset management consultancy
- Specialist work including Party Wall, Licence to Alter, and sustainability compliance
