1st Select Ltd is proud to partner with a leading consultancy based in Nottingham. We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join the team and manage minor works projects, dilapidations and general professional works.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage projects, focusing on non-housing stock, from start to finish.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects.
  • Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis.
  • Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
