1st Select are working in partnership with a leading consultancy and we are looking for an experienced Retrofit Assessor to carry out Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties in and around Bristol.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking an Energy report (EPR with data inputs)
- Condition report
- Occupancy assessment
- Assessment photos (including a photo of the floorplan)
- RdSAP XML
Requirements:
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with experience conducting energy assessments in domestic properties
- Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience conducting whole house assessments
Paid on a price per survey basis. Flexible working.
