We are a multi-disciplined consultancy specialising in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) management, supporting organisations across a wide range of industries throughout Scotland. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing consultancy. You’ll be responsible for supporting your own portfolio of clients across Scotland, providing practical advice and guidance on all aspects of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management. The role involves travelling throughout Scotland and will occasionally require 1-2 overnight stays per month, depending on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality audits.
- Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Deliver practical Health & Safety advice and support to clients.
- Prepare reports, audits and root cause investigations.
- Support clients in achieving and maintaining legal compliance.
- Deliver statutory training where required.
- Build strong relationships with clients and promote a positive safety culture.
- Manage your own diary and client workload effectively.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' practical Health & Safety experience.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Experience managing or implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Internal or Lead Auditing experience.
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Must live within 40 miles of Inverness.
Desirable
- IOSH Membership.
- Training delivery experience.
