This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at the forefront of the regions data center development, working on large-scale, technically advanced facilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the full cycle of MEP works on a major data center project from pre-construction through commissioning. Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery across all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives and data center standards. Ensure critical systems (HVAC, UPS, fire protection, power distribution, etc.) meet design and performance criteria. Oversee procurement planning, cost control, and progress reporting. Drive resolution of site issues, design clashes, and program delays proactively. Candidate Profile Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. 10 + years experience in MEP project management, with minimum 1/2 years on data center projects. Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier III/Tier IV data center standards. Capable of managing teams, solving complex site issues, and maintaining client satisfaction under pressure. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
