On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Manager to join the Listings department based in their Guernsey office. This role will report to the Director & Head of Listings and will support the effective and efficient management of the Listings department. In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally based company with truly international ambitions.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivering pro‑active service focussed engagement with Members in respect of listings applications and listings related enquiries.
- Supporting in the management of the team, monitoring and management of workflows and team capacity planning.
- Scrutinising listings applications, managing and approving input data and meeting with Listing Members to support in the delivery of training and workshops.
- With relevant training, being an active member of the Listing and Membership Committee (LMC) which is the principal forum for regulatory and supervisory decision making.
The key competencies for this role include:
- Demonstrable focus on client service excellence.
- The ability to exercise good judgement when dealing with partial, ambiguous or complex information.
- Ability to identify operational process improvements.
- Analytical and investigative mindset driven by curiosity and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will also be required to have a sound knowledge of the Financial Services industry, ideally supported by a relevant industry qualification.
