We are recruiting for a Mobile Patrol Officer (Nights) to join our team covering Northampton and surrounding areas. If you are an SIA licensed officer who is comfortable working independently, responding to incidents, and carrying out mobile patrols across multiple client sites, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to alarm activations and emergency call-outs
- Carry out mobile patrols of a variety of sites
- Complete lock-ups and unlocks in line with assignment instructions
- Conduct lone worker welfare checks
- Maintain accurate incident and alarm reports
Shift Pattern
- 4 on 4 off Nights 1800-0600 x 2 positions
- £15.25 per hour
- Up to 28 days holiday, increasing with length of service

Requirements (Essential)
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 2 years, max 6 points)
- Ability to pass BS7858 screening (5-year work/education history)
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights
