Corporate Security Guard – Kettering

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security officer to join the 1st Reaction Security Ltd Manned Guarding Team at a busy council office in Kettering.

Hours of Work/Shift Patterns:
Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
0800-1700

Duties:

• Greet and assist members of the public.
• Provide a safe and secure working environment for employees and visitors.
• Prevent and deter anti-social behaviour at the premises.
• Work with public and employees to provide a high level of customer service.
• Act as a visual deterrent.

The candidate must have:

• Frontline SIA licence.
• First aid at work certificate.
• Good conflict management skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Be able to deescalate heated situations.
• Strong administration skills.
