Based in our sunny Primrose Hill offices, we pride ourselves on being ambitious, collaborative and forward-thinking, while maintaining a supportive and positive working environment. We operate at pace across both companies, so strong internal organisation is key to our continued growth.
We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day business operations working closely with the owner of the business. Please note this is a full-time in-office role.
Team and Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure high levels of team productivity and accountability.
- Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to the Bookings Team.
- Act as first point of contact for internal queries and support HR administration and onboarding.
- Monitor timesheets and team optimisation across departments.
- Ensure timely responses to enquiries and effective management of individual and team sales pipelines.
- Support the team with client contract discussions and issue resolution, including pre-shoot agreements and damage claims.
- Managing HR duties.
