The Role

As a Creative Social Media Executive you will own and produce social creative content for all platforms. The role will translate the brand visions of clients into social-first content, working closely with the Creative Lead and Creative Producer. We're looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented person, someone who thrives on developing concepts, crafting compelling visuals and copy, and turning ideas into polished content. The ideal candidate is hands-on, exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for aesthetics and trends. A self-starter with strong creative instincts, you take ownership of your work and are driven to produce content that resonates. Please note this is an in office role in our Primrose Hill office in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create high-quality content tailored to specific channels and outlets, including social, newsletter, website, and blog.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for social creative performance metrics.
  • Contribute to content calendars and help keep projects organised and on schedule.
  • Develop, share and deliver a content strategy and calendar across social, email, web and blog.
  • Conducting research on social media best practices and SEO optimisation.
  • Ensure the social media calendar is aligned with each client's product & commercial calendar.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead and Creative Producer to ensure all content produced is in line with brand guidelines and within brand identity aesthetics.
  • Monitor social performance to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement, including monthly analytic reporting.

Essential:

  • Minimum 2-years experience in Social Media Marketing (Paid + Organic).
  • Strong copywriting skills across social, email, blog and web.
  • Proven experience planning and executing digital content for marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of content strategy frameworks (e.g. social-first, pillar content) and brand storytelling principles.
  • Confident in creating content across Instagram, Facebook, X, Youtube, Pinterest and blogs.
  • Experience monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio and at least one social management tool (e.g., Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer or Metricool).
  • Ability to extract insights from data using Excel or Google Sheets (basic analysis and reporting).
  • Hands-on content creation skills, including basic design and short-form video editing.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating with clients and internal creative teams.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Must have an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.

Desirable:

  • Experience in email marketing platforms.
  • Influencer marketing experience.
  • Experience using Canva and/or Photoshop.
  • Basic understanding of forecasting or performance planning.
