Position: KS1 Primary Teacher Start Date: January – Academic year Role: Full Time Location: Hertfordshire EN6 Salary/Rate: £180 – £260/day 1st Note Education is seeking to appoint a Y2 Primary Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 1-form entry school located in Potter Bar Hertfordshire . We are looking for a qualified teacher to cover a Year 2 class for the remainder of the academic year. About the role: * Prepare and deliver engaging KS2 lessons * Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies * Collaborate with the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are impactful and tailored to individual needs * Differentiate learning materials to cater to all pupils * Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to the school’s development Requirements: * Must have UK-recognised QTS * Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum * A positive and ambitious approach to teaching * A commitment to upholding and contributing to the school’s ethos * Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and external agencies About the school: * 1-form entry school rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted * Strong emphasis on creativity and child-led learning * Supportive and inclusive school community * Excellent career development opportunities Are you in the job market?
