We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our innovative Operations Team in Leeds. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, speaking to our customers in different financial positions, tailoring affordable repayment plans to help them on the road to financial recovery. The role is 100% telephone based and involves managing a large volume of customer accounts on a daily basis.
