The Role: A bespoke opportunity tailored to individual strengths. This apprenticeship offers a bespoke opportunity tailored to your individual strengths. You will support the Business Admin Team and gain comprehensive experience across a wide range of administrative functions. The ideal apprentice will be enthusiastic, organised, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside people across all levels of the business and receive full training and mentoring throughout.
Typical Responsibilities May Include Some of the Below Aspects:
- Being the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff.
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Planning and organising your own workload.
- Processing staff expenses and managing fuel cards.
- Maintaining internal stock (stationery, consumables, refreshments, etc.).
- Helping organise internal digital and physical storage systems.
- Supporting housekeeping and office presentation.
- Undertaking research tasks as required.
- Assisting in the management of staff PPE and uniforms.
- Maintaining equipment/asset records and helping with servicing/calibration schedules.
- Organising staff accommodation and travel when required.
- Managing shared inboxes.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills: (Training will be provided — enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key)
- 9 GCSEs Grade 9–4 (A*–C) or equivalent.
- Confidence using computers and office software.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your development.
