About the Role
Real Life Options is seeking caring and committed Waking Night Support Workers to join our team at Uphall Station, West Lothian. You will be supporting people with learning disabilities in their shared home, helping them maintain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with personal care and medication.
- Monitor and carry out checks throughout the night.
- Work according to support plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided.
- Work independently.
Shift Patterns
- Friday – 10 pm to 8 am
- Saturday – 10 pm to 8 am
- Sunday – 10 pm to 9 am
