Salary:£12.60 per hour
Hours:Full-time, Part-time and Relief roles available (various shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends)

What You\’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a committed team helping adults with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health needs
  • Autism
  • Epilepsy
  • Physical disabilities
  • Challenging behaviour

Your day may involve:

  • Supporting with personal care and administering medication
  • Helping with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Providing social support and enabling community participation
  • Attending team meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Encouraging independence and enhancing quality of life

You’ll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings (from 7:30am), evenings (until 10pm) , weekends, and public holidays. Sleepovers and waking night shifts may also be required. Every second weekend off.
