We are currently seeking Female Support Workers who live in the Falkirk area and have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users\’ homes.

Due to the nature of the role, we require a female candidate under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Shift Options

We offer a variety of working patterns to suit your availability and lifestyle:

Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

  • Full-Time: 7:00am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–9:30pm or 7:00am – 2:00pm & 2:00 – 9:00
  • Part-Time: Morning or Evening shifts only

Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Includes alternate weekends off
  • Full-Time or Part-Time options available

Bank/Relief Work:
Flexible shifts available. Submit your availability monthly for ad-hoc hours

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You’ll support individuals a variety of daily living tasks, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Meal preparation and serving
  • Medication prompts and administration
  • Catheter care
  • Companionship and emotional support

Every day is different, and you’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a real impact in your community.

What we\’re looking for

  • Committed to delivering high standards of care
  • Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car

This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants
