What You’ll Be Doing
This service provides support to people in their own homes and out in the community. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in a supported living. You’ll support people across Redcar with day‑to‑day living, independence, and community involvement, including:
- Supporting with planning and preparing meals
- Helping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Providing medication support (when required)
- Personal care
- Updating support plans and risk assessments
- Encouraging people to access activities, hobbies, and community events
- Promoting independence, confidence, and new skills
Shifts may include evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
