Shifts & Hours
Shifts follow a rotating pattern and may include:

8:00am–5:00pm

9:00am–4:00pm
-
10:00am–7:00pm

5:00pm–10:00pm
-
4:00pm–9:00am (overnight support)
Flexibility is essential, and occasional sleepover shifts may be required once you are confident and experienced in the role

As part of a vibrant and welcoming community hub, you\’ll provide support to individuals in their day-to-day lives—helping them maintain independence, engage in activities they enjoy, and access the wider community.
About the Service
The majority of our service users live independently within the same community complex, which fosters strong friendships and a wholesome, neighbourly atmosphere. Social events and group activities are held regularly at the on-site hub, encouraging connection and wellbeing.
What You’ll Be Doing

Providing personal care, practical assistance, and emotional support

Supporting service users with daily tasks in their homes and the community

Promoting choice, dignity, and independence

Building trusting relationships and encouraging social inclusion
