Location: Glenrothes
Contract: Full time, Part time and relief

About the Role
At Real Life Options we provide person‑centred support to enable the PWS to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
- Encourage social interaction with friends, family, and community events and promote independence
- Support with making and attending health care appointments
- Communicate with medical professionals and follow support plans and risk assessments
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
- Communicate effectively with the team, family members
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Encouraging physical activity – including walking and playing games
Shift Patterns
24 hours shifts which includes Sleepover and Day shifts
Pay
£13.10 per hour Mon – Fri
£16.80 per hour Sat – Sun
Sleepovers will be paid at an hourly rate of £12.60 per hour
Fife Council through Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have introduced an hourly rate enhancement until the end of March 2026.
