Shift Options

We offer a variety of shift patterns to help you balance work with your lifestyle:

  • Bank/Relief – Flexible, ad‑hoc shifts based on your availability (submitted monthly)

Shift examples include:

  • 4 on / 4 off pattern (part‑time hours)
  • 7:00 am – 1:30 pm
  • 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You’ll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Meal preparation and serving
  • Medication prompts and administration
  • Catheter care
  • Companionship and emotional support

This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scotland Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants.
