We are looking for a person to join our friendly and welcoming team in King Street, Pinxton in Nottingham, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in a supported living environment.
Your role would be to support 3 gentlemen with challenging behaviour due to mental health to enable them to undertake meaningful activities at home and in the community, as well as to support them to develop their skills and interests and to live a meaningful life. Undertake tasks such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, attending appointments, and medication.
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. We have various shifts available and you must be able to work all the relevant shifts, including sleep-in support and waking nights. This is a 24/7 service including bank holidays, weekends, and holiday periods. Shift durations would be in: 7am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 10am-4pm, 3pm sleep-in 7am-10pm.
An enhanced Adult application will be required for successful applicants.
