Relief – Waking Nights
In our Beech Avenue Supported living service we currently support 2 ladies with all areas of their lives, including personal care, finances, daily cooking and cleaning. We encourage the people we support to have full active participation in the community and we deliver person-centred support to each individual.
Working alongside the sleepover staff, responsibilities include medication administration, personal care tasks, and light housework tasks. Supporting individuals with their evening routine and ensuring safety throughout the night is essential.
This is a great time to come on board and be part of a team that works with amazing individuals. By delivering detailed care plans, we can tailor the person-centred support so people live fulfilled lives. Within this service, communication is key, especially understanding non-verbal communication cues.
Previous experience is desirable for this position, although full training will be provided. An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
