Salary – Β£12.21 per hour

Shift patterns will include:
8am-6pm
9am-9am (sleepover)

Do you pride yourself on having a caring nature and want a fulfilling role supporting people, then come work with us. You will be supporting active individuals within their own homes and out the community, taking them out in their cars on trips or going swimming.

As a support worker you will assist people with daily living tasks which may include, domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication and meal preparation.

We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies on a 1.1 basis.

Real Life Options is a registered charity currently going through a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Support Workers who really want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support.

The role

Supporting individuals with accessing their local and wider community. Supporting individuals to enjoy leisure and learning opportunities. Providing supporting for daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping

Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities and at times can display challenging behaviour. We are looking for candidates who have experience with behaviours that can challenge and who have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach.

Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced Adult and Child DBS will be required for this role.
