About the RoleReal Life Options is seeking caring and committed Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Uphall Station, West Lothian. You will be supporting peoplewith learning disabilities in their shared home, helping them maintain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do- Support individuals with personal care and medication
- Monitoring and carrying out check throughout the night
- Work according to support plans and risk assessments
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
- Work independently
- Friday - 10pm-8am
- Saturday - 10pm-8am
- Sunday - 10pm-9am

This role is Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check is required.
