At Real Life Options, your knowledge and leadership will help to deliver on key projects in Procurement and Facilities Management. We’re looking for a Project Manager to manage a key project which will deliver against our Facilities Management (FM) and Procurement objectives. You’ll work with agreed project plans and timescales, meet key milestones and deadlines, implement project governance and project management principles, and manage all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project. This is a full time permanent position based in our Knottingley office in West Yorkshire. We operate hybrid working, with a minimum of three days in the office. Some travel will be required.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can collaborate with the Group Head of Estates, internal teams across the group, and external strategic partners and contractors to deliver projects successfully.

What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership and management of the project working with the Group Head of Estates and key stakeholders, internally across the group, and externally with strategic partners and contractors.
  • Act as point of contact for project related questions and escalations across the group.
  • Provide effective governance for the project including tracking against project budgets, key performance objectives, risk management, monitoring progress against project timescales and key deliverables.
  • Set up, manage and provide administrative support and governance to the main project board, ensuring representation and input from key departments across the group.
  • Work with external strategic partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project within agreed timescales and budget.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experienced professional with recent hands on experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant Project Management qualification such as Prince 2.
  • Experience of delivering complex projects in diverse and challenging environments.
  • Experience of delivering projects within Estates, Facilities Management or Procurement.
  • Experience of dealing with social housing providers.
