  • Conduct first‑stage interviews and liaise with hiring managers to recruit the right people.
  • Ensure compliance with right‑to‑work checks, background screenings, and safer recruitment policies.
  • Manage HR records and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
