We support vulnerable adults to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. We are looking to recruit Support Workers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Whether you are experienced in care or completely new to the role, we will provide all the training and support you need to thrive.
Shift Options
- Bank and relief hours
- Our full-time support worker rota follows a two-week repeating pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00amβ2:00pm & 4:00pmβ10:00pm (split shift) β 40 hours
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00amβ2:00pm & 4:00pmβ10:00pm (split shift) β 30 hours
Please note: If you do not live in the East Ayrshire area, you must be a driver to be considered for this position due to travel requirements.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You will support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation and serving
- Medication prompts and administration
- Catheter care
- Companionship and emotional support

This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scotland Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants.
