Shift Options
We offer a variety of shift patterns to help you balance work with your lifestyle:
- Bank and relief hours
Our full-time support worker rota follows a two-week repeating pattern:

Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
7:00am–2:00pm & 4:00pm–10:00pm (split shift) – 40 hours -
Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
7:00am–2:00pm & 4:00pm–10:00pm (split shift) – 30 hours
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You’ll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation and serving
- Medication prompts and administration
- Catheter care
- Companionship and emotional support

What we're looking for

- Excellent communicators in spoken and written English
- Committed to delivering high standards of care
- Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends
This role is consideredRegulated Work with Vulnerable Adultsunder the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scotland Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants.
Due to the nature of the role, we require a Female candidate under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
