We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in Supported Living services, in their own homes and out in the community.
About the role:
As a Domiciliary Support Worker you will assist people with daily living tasks which may include domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication, meal preparation, and managing their finances. You will also support with activities within their local community and must be happy in all weathers as many of the people we support lead active lives. This role is supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism; you would also be required to cover sleep-ins. The role may comprise various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends; sleepovers will include an allowance.
Previous experience is desirable for this position, but don’t let that put you off. If you have the right enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you, as full training will be provided. Part of your training will include several shadow shifts with an experienced member of staff. Must be over 18 years old. A DBS for both adult and children will be required for this role.
