Tofts Road, Supported Living – Autism Specific

Full time and Part Time Hours Available

Tofts Road is an autism accredited supported living service in LS28. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive role models to support our service users. The people we support have autism, mental health issues and anxiety so we work to offer a safe and calm environment with comfortable routines.

We provide person‑centred support that is tailored to each individual. It is important you have excellent interpersonal skills to support confidence building and verbal communication – Makaton is used as main ways of communicating. Our service users also enjoy leisure and social pursuits such as gaming, having meals out, shopping, going for walks and having holidays/days out.

We are looking for individuals who will support our service users by promoting their independence. The role will include: assisting with medication, record keeping, finance management, planning for positive outcomes, providing support during behaviours of concern, liaising with external health professionals and supporting with social and leisure activities.
