Hours: 30 hours (plus sleepover)

Must be a driver with full UK license

About the role: You will be able to help people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choices and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships socially. You will be working with individuals both at home and within the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Promoting independence and decision making
  • Facilitating family contact and social relationships
  • Personal care including bathing and showering
  • Support with maintaining home and finances
  • Supporting to maintain health and wellbeing
  • Supporting with social activities

Shifts & Hours: You will need to be flexible as we are a 24-hour service, so shifts vary and include days, evenings, nights, sleepovers and weekends.
