As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing reassurance, safety, and support through the night—helping people feel secure and cared for when it matters most. What Your Night Will Look Like
- Providing overnight support, including personal care where required
- Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a safe, calm environment
- Administering medication in line with support plans
- Completing regular checks and accurate record-keeping
- Responding to any needs or emergencies with confidence and care
- Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and dignity
You’ll work independently during the night, with the reassurance of being part of a wider, supportive team.

This role is Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check is required.
