About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower individuals to live as independently as possible, supporting them with everyday activities such as:
- Planning and preparing meals
- Keeping their home clean and comfortable
- Managing personal care and medication (where needed)
- Updating support plans and risk assessments
- Getting out and in the local community, enjoying social activities and hobbies
You’ll work alongside a passionate, supportive team and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from making a meaningful difference in someone’s life—every single day.
Shift Details
This service offers 24-hour support, so flexibility is essential. Shifts may include:
- Days
