Are you an experienced domiciliary care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a confident, reliable and supportive Care Lead to help maintain high standards of care across our community-based services.

Pay: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour

Key responsibilities:

  • Shadow and support new care workers during their community visits
  • Help new team members build confidence and follow correct care procedures
  • Carry out regular spot checks to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching and guidance to care workers
  • Monitor care delivery, professionalism, punctuality and record-keeping
  • Identify training or development needs and report any concerns
  • Promote person-centred care and ensure clients are treated with dignity and respect
  • Work closely with the management team to improve the quality of our service
