1st Grade Care is seeking a confident HR Officer to join the People Team and support day-to-day HR operations within our growing domiciliary care organisation.
You will own key HR processes, conduct initial investigations, manage attendance and Bradford Factor scores, coordinate return-to-work and reviews, assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, maintain records, support recruitment and onboarding, and provide day-to-day guidance per company policies.
