Are you an experienced domiciliary care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a confident, reliable and supportive Care Lead to help maintain high standards of care across our community-based services.
Pay: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour

Key responsibilities:
- Shadow and support new care workers during their community visits
- Help new team members build confidence and follow correct care procedures
- Carry out regular spot checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching and guidance to care workers
- Monitor care delivery, professionalism, punctuality and record-keeping
- Identify training or development needs and report any concerns
- Promote person-centred care and ensure clients are treated with dignity and respect
- Work closely with the management team to improve the quality of our service
To apply, you must:
- Have at least 3 years domiciliary care experience
- Have strong leadership and communication skills
- Be confident working independently in the community
- Be dependable, organised and committed to high-quality care
- Have a caring, approachable and professional attitude
- Previous experience as a Care Worker is essential, or a Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor or similar would be an advantage.
