Overview

Our Mission: To empower aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools to shape their future. Company formation, statutory compliance, and accounting should not be barriers for entrepreneurs. They should be frictionless, reliable, and intelligently handled – from day one onward.

What We’re Building

We’re solving the biggest problem UK entrepreneurs face – nothing is joined up. We’re creating a tech platform that supports UK founders through the entire lifecycle of their business – all in one place:

  • Company formation
  • Statutory compliance
  • Accounting
  • And more…

No stitched-together services. No legacy workflows wrapped in software. A modern system built for founders who want to move fast and stay compliant easily.

Your Background

You are an experienced Product Quality Analyst with strong Business Analysis expertise, skilled at bridging business needs, technical teams, and end users in fast-paced or high-growth environments. You translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation while ensuring solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and usability.

You own end-to-end product quality, acting as the final quality gate to ensure nothing is released—internally or externally—unless it is fit for purpose. From requirements elicitation and stakeholder alignment through to test planning, execution, and validation, you ensure products and internal tools meet business objectives, user expectations, and compliance standards.

Detail-driven and methodical, you define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and use testing outcomes and feedback to drive continuous improvement. You take pride in the details, are comfortable with highly repetitive validation tasks, and apply a consistent, disciplined approach to quality.

This is not an automated or developer-embedded QA role. Instead, it is a human-centred, product QA function, focused on validating user experience, workflows, edge cases, and real-world usage rather than code-level testing. Highly organised and collaborative, you work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to prevent defects early and deliver robust, user-friendly solutions.

Proof This Matters

This is not a speculative bet. Entrepreneurs already love us:

  • £18 million annual revenue, with an ARR of £9 million
  • 1 million companies formed
  • Certified B Corp and a Carbon Neutral Business
  • Projected to grow 5x to 10x over the next 3 years

We’ve conquered the company formation market, and we’re just getting started.

How We Work

We operate with clarity and intent:

  • People own outcomes, not tasks
  • Strategy and execution live in the same hands
  • We prioritise quality, retention and scale
  • We believe in in-office collaboration

The goal is simple: build the best scalable services in the market, that don’t break as we scale.

Talent Over Hierarchy

We don’t optimise for headcount. We optimise for impact. If you have talent and huge commitment, you’ll move faster than anywhere else.

Kate Williams joined one year ago and has already been promoted to lead our content direction. Amelia French joined 6 years ago, has earned 5 promotions, and now is Director of Operations with a span of control of over 80 people.

What It Takes To Succeed Here

This is not a role for someone looking for structure to be handed to them:

  • You take responsibility without being asked
  • You think in systems, not silos
  • You care about long-term outcomes over short-term optics
  • You want your work to materially shape the company’s trajectory
  • You understand that scaling requires huge commitment and in-office collaboration

What We Offer In Return

We don’t offer comfort. We offer ownership:

  • Meaningful influence over what we build and how we build it
  • A direct line between your contribution and the company’s success

We offer the chance to help define a company that serves millions of future founders.
