The Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Technical SEO Executive to support the performance and optimisation of our websites across three leading company formation brands. You’ll play a key role in improving organic visibility by identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, supporting site performance, and ensuring best practice implementation across core SEO areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify issues impacting crawlability, indexation, and site performance.
  • Monitor and maintain technical SEO health, including site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile optimisation.
  • Support the implementation of technical SEO recommendations, working closely with developers and product teams.
  • Manage and optimise key technical elements such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and site architecture.
  • Identify and resolve indexing and crawling issues using tools such as Google Search Console and log file analysis (where applicable).
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in site structure and on‑page elements.
  • Support website migrations, launches, and updates to ensure SEO risks are mitigated.
  • Monitor organic performance and technical KPIs, reporting on issues, fixes, and improvements.
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging developments in AI‑driven search.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a technical SEO role or strong foundational knowledge of technical SEO principles.
  • Understanding of core SEO concepts including crawlability, indexation, site structure, and on‑page optimisation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (enough to identify and troubleshoot SEO issues).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with developers, content teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with industry trends, including AI and evolving search technologies.
