Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Talent Partner to join our growing Talent team.

In this role, your core focus will be hiring across commercial and technical teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across both commercial and technical teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through a variety of channels, including Linked In, job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Use data and insights to track key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider People team to deliver consistent employer branding and a standout candidate experience.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance recruitment tools, onboarding processes, and overall hiring operations.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms (e. g., ATS- Ashby, Linked In Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
