We are looking for a strategic and data‑driven SEO Director to lead and scale our organic growth efforts. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that boosts visibility, drives qualified traffic, and increases conversions across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead an SEO specialist, and ensure best practices are embedded into all aspects of site and content development.

What You’ll Own & Lead

  • Develop and lead a long‑term SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive organic growth through technical and content‑based optimisation.
  • Manage and mentor an SEO Specialist.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, design, development, and marketing teams.

  • Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits.
