The Role: We’re looking for a collaborative and detail‑oriented Product Designer who’s passionate about crafting intuitive, user‑centered experiences. You’ll play a key role in designing innovative products that balance user needs with business goals, contributing to the evolution of our design system and ensuring consistency across our product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across the product suite.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights.
- Maintain consistency in branding, UI components, flows, accessibility, usability.
- Able to work with product to translate requirements into clear, user‑friendly design solutions.
- Create prototypes and high‑fidelity designs using Figma.
- Independently QA production builds and share results with developers.
- Critique design decisions and share feedback with other designers.
- Ensure that UX is embedded in end‑to‑end experience, validate prototypes, ensure usability and coherence.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, marketing, compliance to ensure design feasibility, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Run user research, usability testing, and feedback loops (qualitative and quantitative).
- Ensure UX metrics (drop‑off, conversion, satisfaction) are tracked, improved, and tied to product goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Extensive UX & UI experience.
- Competent user of Figma, able to demonstrate developer‑ready files in a portfolio view.
- Strong portfolio across web, mobile, SaaS/enterprise, and platform‑level design.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems.
- Must have worked within a startup or scale‑up environment and be comfortable with changing requirements and a fast pace.
- Must have experience working with MCP servers.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication, ability to influence engineering, product, marketing.
- Familiarity with compliance / regulatory / security constraints in product design.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with A/B, metrics, funnel flows, user research.
