Your Background: You are a highly experienced Program Manager / Senior Project Manager with a strong PMO background, confident leading the delivery of strategic, crossâfunctional initiatives. You excel in structured project environments, setting up robust plans and Gantt charts, and driving programmes through to completion with discipline and predictability.
You take ownership of endâtoâend delivery, developing detailed project plans, timelines and resourcing using SmartSheets. You work effectively across product, engineering, marketing and operations teams to align objectives, manage dependencies and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
You are a confident communicator and proactive problemâsolver with 5+ years' experience in fastâpaced environments. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently, you identify and mitigate risks, lead clear status reporting to senior stakeholders and apply Agile, Scrum and traditional methodologies to continuously improve delivery efficiency. You are available for a 3âmonth engagement, bringing immediate structure and momentum to programme delivery.
