  • Manage content operations and timelines effectively, taking a proactive approach to tasks and deadlines.
  • Upload, format, and publish content across websites and digital platforms with precision and attention to detail.
  • Review and proofread content to ensure strong grammar, spelling, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks to identify and correct typos, formatting issues, and inconsistencies before content goes live.
  • Ensure all content complies with brand, editorial, and accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to organize content updates and publishing schedules efficiently.
  • Support the planning and delivery of website updates and content projects, taking ownership of deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize content within CMS platforms to ensure accessibility and consistency.
  • Monitor live content for accuracy and proactively flag issues for correction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality and streamline processes.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Excellent written English with strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies before publishing.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to managing tasks, content updates, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over the quality of your work.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Real opportunities for progression as the business scales.

  • A culture that values ownership, impact, and continuous learning.
