The Role
We are looking for Legal Content Writers to join the content team, focusing specifically on producing high‑quality articles. This role is dedicated to creating authoritative, engaging, and commercially relevant content across corporate, commercial, and employment law. You will research and produce blogs, guides, and thought leadership pieces aimed at UK business owners, founders, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write clear, accurate, and engaging long‑form articles on topics including:
- Corporate legal structures
- Governance, equity and debt financing, and compliance
- Commercial agreements (NDAs, supplier agreements, consultancy contracts)
- Intellectual property and data protection (trademarks, licensing, policies)
- Employment law, contracts, restructuring guidance (including TUPE), and HR policies
What We Are Looking For
- Legal qualification (e.g., LLB, LPC, SQE, or equivalent) or demonstrable experience writing about UK corporate, commercial, or employment law
- Strong understanding of UK legal frameworks affecting businesses
