1st Formations is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to set new clients up for success from day one of our Accounting-as-a-Service platform. You will lead structured onboarding calls, explain duties and obligations, and guide founders through essential tools like Xero to ensure a smooth transition into our long-term service model.
You will work face-to-face with startup founders and small business owners, building confidence with clear, jargon-free communication, and collaborating with internal teams.
