I'm currently recruiting for a Category Executive to join the Buying team at a leading food business.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about food, category management and product marketing to work closely with Category Managers and cross-functional teams.
The Role:
- Support the development and delivery of category strategies
- Lead insight gathering, competitor reviews and customer research
- Manage Own Brand NPD and range gap processes
- Identify opportunities for Own Brand, Branded and Exclusive Brand growth
- Support range optimisation and category reviews
- Develop category content, collateral and digital marketing
- Work closely with Buying, Sales, QA, Supply Chain and Marketing
About You:
We're looking for someone with experience working in a commercial, foodservice, retail or product marketing environment, who is highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing cross-functional relationships.
A genuine passion for food and products, strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
