The Role: Senior Procurement Manager
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you\’ll take the lead on shaping and executing category strategies across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services. You\’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations-ensuring procurement is seen not just as a function, but as a business enabler.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing strategies across high-impact spend categories.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to embed Procurement\’s value proposition throughout the organisation.
Navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional collaboration to solve procurement challenges in innovative, sustainable ways.
Managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and embedding sustainability and risk management across the supply chain.
Leading robust negotiations on scope, commercials, and contracts-working closely with Legal, Finance, Tax and other internal teams.
What You\’ll Bring:
Proven track record in Procurement and Category Management across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in embedding sustainable procurement practices into sourcing strategies.
Commercial acumen, resilience, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
Executive presence, with the gravitas to influence and engage at all levels.
Ideally, Degree-qualified and MCIPS certified.
