You’ll be the legal brain behind complex third-party deals - from SaaS and cloud agreements to global professional services and strategic outsourcing - helping the business innovate while staying protected. Expect to partner closely with Procurement, IT, Security, Compliance, and senior stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and the US.

  • Strengthening contract frameworks (MSAs, SLAs, KPIs, exit and resilience planning).
  • Helping the business get value for money without compromising protection.
  • Becoming the go-to legal partner for Procurement and Supplier Management.
