Civil Infrastructure Estimator
Location: E. Midlands
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + excellent benefits
Working Pattern: Hybrid - c3 days per week in the office
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Estimator to support the successful tendering and delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who has spent significant time on site throughout their career and can bring practical insight into the estimating process. You will play a key role in producing accurate, competitive estimates while working closely with operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects
- Use site experience to identify construction risks, opportunities, and efficiencies
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Build and review pricing from first principles
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support bid strategies and value engineering exercises
