Rate: £540 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

An hands-on, interim AI implementation lead to help a global Communications team move fast and scale smart. This role is about turning AI ambition into reality; building agents, workflows and skills that drive efficiency, creativity, and better decision-making across communications.
The Role
- Set clear AI governance and direction for Global Communications
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases
- Implement AI tools, agents, and workflows with measurable impact
- Launch a practical AI training and upskilling programme
- Build and lead a network of AI change champions
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience as a project or implementation manager
- Proven delivery of AI or digital transformation initiatives
- Confidence working in complex, global matrix organisations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
